1,550 Ton Green Pin Wide Body Shackle

Van Beest Green Pin® wide body sling shackles are made from extremely high quality grade 8 quenched and tempered alloy steel. Easily identifiable in the field because of their trademarked green pin, they have a painted finish to protect the steel from corrosion.

These Green Pin® sling shackles are designed to provide a better radius to the sling it lifts, which improves the efficiency and lifespan of the sling.

Bolt type sling shackles are intended for long-term or permanent installation. The bolt style system prevents sliding loads from turning and backing the pin out of the shackle.
